This practice was born out of a love for people, creativity, and building things that matter. I believe when people give their all to an organization, it should give its all right back. That’s what makes a workplace not just good, but truly great.
Over the years, I’ve worked across big tech and professional services, where my focus has lived at the intersection of operations, employee experience, marketing, and art. I’ve had the chance to work with some incredible teams—leading programs, shaping culture, and bringing clarity to complexity.
